Terms of Use for IslamWisePlease read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the IslamWise mobile application operated by IslamWise ("we", "our", or "us").By downloading or using IslamWise, you agree to be bound by these Terms.1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICEIslamWise is an Islamic guidance application that provides answers to questions about Islam, the Quran, Hadith, and related topics through text and voice conversations. Responses are generated using technology trained on Islamic scholarly sources.1. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERIslamWise is an educational and informational tool. It is NOT a substitute for consultation with qualified Islamic scholars, muftis, or religious authorities. Responses provided by IslamWise should not be treated as formal religious rulings
(fatwa).We strive for accuracy based on authentic Islamic sources, but we do not guarantee that all responses are complete, accurate, or applicable to your specific situation. For important religious matters, always consult a qualified scholar.1. SUBSCRIPTION TERMSIslamWise requires a paid subscription to use:- Weekly Plan: $6.99 per week
- Yearly Plan: $179.99 per yearSubscription Details:- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase
- No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription periodUsage Limits:- Your subscription includes a weekly usage allowance
- Usage resets at the beginning of each weekly cycle
- We reserve the right to adjust usage limits
1. ACCEPTABLE USEYou agree not to:- Use IslamWise for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the application
- Use the service to generate content that is harmful, offensive, or contrary to Islamic values
- Share your subscription or device access with others for commercial purposes
- Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTYAll content, design, and technology in IslamWise are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the application without our written permission.You retain ownership of the questions you ask. Responses generated by IslamWise are provided for your personal use only.1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITYTo the maximum extent permitted by law:- IslamWise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service
- We are not responsible for decisions made based on information provided by IslamWise
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
1. ACCOUNT TERMINATIONWe reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to IslamWise if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that we determine is harmful to the service or other users.1. MODIFICATIONSWe may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of IslamWise after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date when changes are made.1.
